Support & Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage All systems include a 90-day Limited Warranty and Lifetime Labor Support.

What's covered:

  • Hardware defects or failures under normal use
  • System issues related to original build quality

What's not covered:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
  • Damage from liquid, fire, or natural disasters
  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers

We reserve the right to determine whether an issue qualifies under warranty.

Repair Process If your system requires service:

  1. Contact support to troubleshoot the issue
  2. If needed, you will be instructed to ship the system back
  3. Once received, the system will be inspected and repaired
  4. The system will be returned after completion

Turnaround time depends on the issue.

Shipping Policy (Repairs)

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the system to us
  • We cover return shipping after repair
  • Systems must be properly packaged to avoid damage in transit

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging.

Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted withinΒ 5Β days of delivery and require prior authorization. Please contact support with your order number to initiate a return. Approved returns are subject to a 15–20% restocking fee to cover labor, inspection, and reprocessing.

Return conditions:

  • System must be in original condition
  • No physical damage or modifications
  • All original packaging and components included
  • Returns arriving with damage due to improper packaging may result in a reduced or denied refund

Original shipping costs are non-refundable except when the return is due to damage caused by us or the carrier. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
